Submitted by Super-Awesome Sylvia on June 24, 2015 - 10:42am

Hey guys! Here's my second Vlog. It's all about Robogames 2015!

This year I entered into the lego robotics competition and had my friends Schuyler St. Leger and Roger Fachini III showed off their hacks and improvements on the WaterColorBot.

We've got big news as we rocket off into the new year!! Planning a whole new year of Mini episodes (one for every month @ MakeZine.com), and we'll be coming and presenting at Dare 2B Digital in San Jose, CA on Saturday February 16, 2012, and then again we'll be out on the road this summer over at Constructing Modern Knowledge 2012 in Manchester, NH. We'll also be setting up a way to make sure we get our full episodes out. We managed to finish out 2011 without more than 2 :'('!!

There's also some top secret plans in the works for more amazing fun stuff for parents, teachers, accessible integration with makeprojects.com and lots lots more.

Stay tuned for more fun, and remember to get out there and make something!

Screen Printing made Super Simple

Submitted by Super-Awesome Sylvia on February 4, 2011 - 4:48pm

Hey everybody. Another week, another Mini Maker show! This time we make some t-shirts and little posters using super simple screen printing! I thought it was going to be harder, but after a little practice, I found it was fun and easy!

One problem might be that you need a lot of stuff to print on to make it worth spending the time on a screen, but if you want to make lots of shirts or valentines, it's a great idea!

Have fun with this one, and remember to get out there and make something!

PS - The pointer finger used in this episode is actually our finger casting from our last mini episode sanded and painted with appliance epoxy!! It's got some holes in it, but I think it's as good as the old one :)
